Well I got a little more done on my house over the break. I was determined to get my kitchen painted, and was able to accomplish that task. When I first moved in I painted all but three rooms, one of which was the kitchen.
I had debated over the color for awhile. I wanted to paint it green, but I wasn't sure how it would blend in with my living and dining room. I finally decided I didn't care, went to Home Depot, and bought the color I wanted. I was so pleased with the results. I think you'll like it too!

Very cute Sarah! I like your giant fork and spoon too! It was good to see you and Jane....I miss you both SO much!
i love green. . . . very nice paint job!!! i think we had this color in one of our rooms in CA. . as a trim color. . i always loved it!
It is simply beautiful!! Just another little touch that makes it "your" place...it is such a welcoming home.
I have a new light fixture now, thanks to Brad E. It is Tiffany style and picks up the green. You are all welcome to come....just give me a heads up to make sure its clean! Hee hee!
Very nice!
Very nice job Sarah! Do you hire out?? :)
If the price is right, Gayla, if the price is right! You just won't want to look too close!
I think it looks great. I know it's hard work, but it sure makes a difference doesn't it? I'm so glad this house has worked out ... you have been so blessed.
The pictures don't really do it justice--I don't think. I am still amazed at how it really brightens up the room. And I think it blends beautifully with the rest of your house! Can't wait to see the light fixture up too.
Ooooohhhh! Love the green! Very fun! I will have to check out your casa when I come for Encounter in June! You. Girls better save some time for me!
Is that the fork and spoon from Everybody loves Raymond?
