Dad called this evening and said that the pathology report came back, and there is no sign of the cancer returning!!!!! We found out she does have an infection. She is still completely confused. The doctor thinks it is caused by the infection. She is now on some antibiotics for that. We have been really concerned about her confusion.
So please continue to pray that she will return to the land of the clear headed soon!

I will continue to pray for your mom Sarah. I'm so glad to hear that the tests showed that the cancer had not returned.
I know it can't be easy to have her so confused ... she's got to be tired of it as well. Hope she is "clear headed" soon.
I am praising God for the pathology report! We are still praying for you all. Matthew prayed on the way home this afternoon. Please let us know if you need anything else.
YAY for no cancer!! I am sorry that she has an infection and that she is still dealing with the confusion. I'll keep bugging God about her...and you too. Thanks for the update~
Praise and Prayer.
thank you so much for letting me know how Jana is doing. I truly believe that she can jump this hurdle. She has always been so strong, especially for those she loves. I imagine the love she receives from her terrific family and many, many friends and the prayers sent up on her behalf will help her. I imagine you all feel scared and uncertain because of not knowing exactly what is going on (I know I do!!), and this is where we have to depend on her physicians and especially the Great One. Please help your dad, brother, neice and nephews to stay strong. And, yes, please keep blogging, if possible. It has really helped to keep in touch. My love to you all!!
I've been praying for your Mum Sarah, that's wonderful news that the cancer is still gone but I'm sure seeing her confused is hard for you. I'll keep praying that the fog clears for her soon.
Times of sickness are hard no matter what, but what a beautiful and happy thing that there are no signs of cancer. I pray God revives and renews your spirit and well being and that of your mothers as well.
Man, you guys are really good to me! It means everything to me that you all are praying for our family.
Sarah,
when my comp crashed, i had to start over and am just now getting back to your blog. didn't know about the scare with your mom. I, too, will be praying for an easy recovery and for the confusion to clear up. Glad to know there is no cancer!

I am praying for your mom to continue to improve and will give thanks that the cancer has not returned. I've dealt with that terrible disease in my family and I know it is tough on a family. I was checking out Sherry's blog when I just happened to see a link for yours.
